I have kicked Instagram to the curb but still want a quick place to post a photo or video as the spirit moves me. I am going to try this solution for a while and see how it works. Alternatively I have sorted photos on my google drive and linked them on my photography page.

But here are the latest:

Beauty and the Beast.

This might be the end of spring last rainy days. Looks like a warm dry summer starts this week.

My last sunrise in Sardinia

Winter begins:

Hopefully  the wakeup view next fall:

1/2″ of rain yesterday and more today. But a pretty break from the weather at this morning.

I have spent so much time getting the cabin ready for winter wet and wind, I forget the insides are coming along too. In order; living room/kitchen, bath stairway and first floor bedroom in the distance.

As of 9/16. Seeing if slow and steady really does win the race.

3 days of 100°+ days. Slowed progress for sure.

One last lumber load. (Hopefully!!!)

4 days work got me 4 walls up.

Subfloor is screwed and glued to the joists. Still need to do some trimming to get everything as square as possible

I placed all the joists on to the foundation

The cabin is here, at least the floor.

Mother Nature doing my dishes.

Going through the trail cam from the winter. This big boy stopped by a couple times.

Here are google drive links to my 2022/23 travel pics:

Wyoming has some pretty fantastic Sunsets. I guess I like grain elevators too.

There are some pretty photogenic Grain Elevators out West. This one in Montana.

A chilly Sunset from the Wintershed Deck. Fall 2021
